About us

Green&Heath was born out of Ellen Green’s love for the grandeur, intrigue and aesthetics of Britain’s bygone years. After obsessing over of Poldark and Downton Abbey on maternity leave with her first born, Ellen sought fabrics that reflected the splendour of this distinguished style on screen to decorate her own home. Discovering that the patterns available felt stuffy and nostalgic, the notion of modernising designs that celebrate classic British splendour began to take shape.

A commitment to quality and provenance, combined with her UK textiles manufacturing experience, led to the desire to create great quality pieces that last not just season after season, but year after year. Green&Heath now sell an exquisite range of completely British-made homewares, contemporary products and luxurious gifts.

Made to Last

We’re not big on trends. Our products are made to last; designed and made slowly with love and care, not mass produced in a factory overseas. We want you to love our pieces for years, even decades and that is why we pride ourselves on delivering unparalleled quality. Combining craftsmanship with enduring style, our designs are made to stand the test of time and be passed down to the next generation.

Britain is Great

The origins of our products is of great importance to us. We proudly support British manufacturing. All our products are designed and handmade in the UK by a dedicated team of skilled artisans - slowly and with love. We believe that the best things take time.

Waste not, want not.

We produce our collections in small batches. Our low-waste, just in time approach to manufacturing means that we avoid making more than is needed, thus leading to less waste.

Green & Green

Our beauty isn’t just skin deep, to us true quality needs to be reinforced by a strong sense of ethics. We source our materials locally wherever possible, so that we’re investing money back into our community. This also means that our products come with zero air miles, helping to keep our emissions low. Our fabrics are free from harmful chemicals that damage the environment and our packaging is sustainably sourced. Additionally, all our cushions and lap trays are plumped with 100% British wool, the most eco-friendly filling available.
